Set in idyllic rural Cornwall in the secluded Luxulyan Valley, Gardens Cottage B&B hosts, Kath and Ivan Walker, have created a luxurious hideaway offering guests a distinct blend of modern luxury with rustic charm and character.

You can choose your accommodation from three captivating luxurious rooms, all with en-suite shower facilities, huge white fluffy towels and beautiful white linens, with the option of single, king and super-king size beds. The rooms are all superbly appointed and each room has comfortable seating, digital tv with freeview and a separate dvd player, fridge and music system. Fresh milk, real coffee, spring water and specialty teas are all provided. House guests are in control of their room temperature with a warm air/air conditioning system.

Enjoy breakfast in the Glass Barn, a superb Green Oak conservatory - the perfect setting in which to enjoy a delicious gourmet breakfast with a wonderful selection of farmhouse fare, from award winning organic sausages and free-range eggs, to Kath’s home baked breads and fresh fruit platters.

Out and About

Situated on the south coast of Cornwall, there are many wonderful places to visit, including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the giant biomes of the Eden Project just 1 mile away. Visit National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock House, the lovely unspoilt Georgian port of Charlestown or the Luxulyan Valley dominated by the famous Treffry viaduct.
You can also enjoy the beaches, walking on the moors, exploring the tiny fishing towns or shopping in the cathedral city of Truro..
